Network & hardware

Your game server runs on enterprise AMD EPYC hardware in Chicago, USA, right in the middle of North America. Test your ping below.

Live test

How fast is it from where you are?

This sends 20 small requests from your browser to our server and times each one. In-game ping is usually a little lower than this, since browsers add some overhead.

PingWhat it feels like
Under 60 msExcellent. Great for shooters and PvP.
60 – 120 msGood. Smooth for survival, building and co-op.
Over 120 msPlayable for most games, noticeable in fast PvP.

Fair use of resources

No overselling games

Hosts that oversell put more servers on a machine than it can handle, and everyone lags at peak time. We reserve the RAM you pay for, cap CPU per server, and keep an eye on node load. You can see it yourself on the status page.

  • RAM is hard-reserved per server
  • CPU limits stop one server hogging the node
  • Disk quotas keep storage predictable
  • Live node load published on our status page
