Prohibited activities
- Anything illegal where you or we are located, including content that exploits minors.
- Attacking or scanning other systems: DDoS, port scanning, brute forcing, exploiting vulnerabilities.
- Malware, phishing, botnets, or command-and-control servers.
- Cryptocurrency mining of any kind.
- Spam or bulk unsolicited messages.
- Open proxies, VPN exit nodes, or anything that hides abusive traffic.
- Hosting pirated or cracked software, or infringing other people's intellectual property.
- Harassment, threats, or content that promotes violence or hate.
Fair use of resources
Servers must stay within the resources of their plan. Deliberately trying to escape your container, interfere with other customers, or degrade the node is prohibited.
Game servers
Servers should be used to run games, game-related tools and bots. You must follow each game's EULA and server rules (for example Minecraft's commercial usage guidelines).
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches, and suspend or terminate the server or account involved. Serious breaches may be reported to the authorities and are not eligible for a refund.
Reporting abuse
To report abuse coming from our network, contact us with as much detail as possible: IP addresses, timestamps and logs help us act quickly.
