Cancelling
Unpaid orders can be cancelled from the Orders page in the panel. To cancel an active, paid plan, open a support ticket or manage your subscription from the Orders page. Your server keeps running until the end of the period you've paid for.
After cancellation
When a plan ends, the server is suspended. Suspended servers and their files may be deleted after a while, so download anything you want to keep first.
Downgrades
When you downgrade, the unused part of the current month is credited to your account balance automatically. You can spend credit on any server.
Free trials
Free trials cost nothing, so there's nothing to refund. Try before you buy.
Refunds
If something on our side stopped your server from working and we couldn't fix it, open a ticket and we'll review a refund or account credit. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Duplicate payments are always refunded.
We don't refund time already used, accounts terminated for breaking our Acceptable Use Policy, or affiliate credit.
Chargebacks
Please talk to us before opening a dispute with your bank; it's almost always faster. Accounts with an open chargeback may be suspended while it's resolved.
